We have over 35 Extra Virgin Olive Oils, Balsamic Vinegars and Specialty Oils from all over the world. Many are medal winners…….a sampling of the freshest, most flavorful and nutritional oils and vinegars available today.

About Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO):

  • Processing – cold pressed (no heat added to increase yield), unrefined, and extracted without the use of chemicals. Our EVOOs have free acidity (oleic acid) levels of not more than .8%.
  • Single Extra Virgin Olive Oils – one type of olive per oil. This is not a blend.
  • Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oils – whole fruit and olives are cold pressed simultaneously together at the mill, resulting in hearty citrus flavored EVOOs known as “Whole Fruit Fusion”.

About Balsamic Vinegar:

  • Traditional Balsamic Vinegar: made in Modena, Italy, from trebbiano grapes. Our traditional and flavored Balsamics are barrel-aged for 12-18 years. To be designated “Balsamic” a vinegar must be made with trebbiano grapes from the Modena, Italy region of Italy.
  • Flavored Balsamics: these Balsamics are “infused” with natural flavors.

Additional Products:

  • Roasted Sesame Seed Oil: Cold pressed. A pure direct derivative of sesame seeds.
  • Tree Nut Oils: Direct press of tree nuts create a pure oil derivative of each type of nut.
