When you visit Fustini’s Oils & Vinegars, you have the opportunity to sample some of the most unique and flavorful Extra Virgin Olive Oils & Balsamic Vinegars available.
Our mission at Fustini’s is to help you learn about incorporating oils & vinegars into your life, while providing an environment where you can have fun and be creative with your own “great ideas” for our products.
Choose your favorite oils from around the world. You can taste them in our shops, where we bottle them everyday. Or order from the online store.
Our flavored oils are infused with real ingredients . . . Basil, Mushrooms, Garlic, Chipotle, Meyer Lemon or Persian Lime and many more. Add to that, distinctly unique and high quality single variety extra virgin olive oils from Italy, Spain, Chile, and Australia, and two award winning EVOOs from California.
All of our Balsamic Vinegars (from Modena, Italy) are barrel aged for at least 12 years.
The 18-Year Traditional Balsamic is one of the finest traditional balsamics around!
Our flavored balsamics are infused with real ingredients, carefully crafted to give them just the right amount of flavor so whatever you use them for turns out great! Both dark and white balsamics including some of the favorites – strawberry, tangerine, lemon, and the new coconut. See our store section for all of current selections.
We also offer local seasonal infusions in limited edition quantities.
And we’re always adding new infused oils & vinegars to our collection to keep things even more fun!
FUSTINI’S TASTING ROOM
At Fustini’s you can taste oils and vinegars. You decide for yourself what you like and which Balsamics pair well with your favorite Oils. You create combinations truly unique to your personal tastes and food preparation needs. Let your palate identify the subtle taste differences between the 21 different Oils and 20-some Balsamic Vinegars in the store. We pour and bottle from the same stainless steel container you sampled. What you have tasted is what you take home!
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars make excellent holiday and special gifts for food-lovers and health-conscious friends / family members. We have gift baskets and free gift-wrapping. We ship. Just let us know it’s a special occasion, and we’ll do the rest.
CUSTOMIZED LABEL PROGRAM
Great for special events, weddings, or holiday gift - giving. We work with you to develop a custom personalized label with your name or your company’s logo. Choose the oils or balsamics representing your good taste, we’ll affix your personalized labels to the bottles and deliver them to you, or we can ship to individual recipients. Come to Fustini’s Oils & Vinegars for everything you need to create a unique event for you and your guests. We’ll organize the event package with you, including oils, vinegars, tasting sheets, recipes, and options (wine and hors d’oeuvres). Everything is customized to your needs. . We can arrange to have demonstrations of delicious creations and provide “take-home” recipes.
