- 12 stalks asparagus - peeled, snapped, and cut in half lengthwise and width-wise
- drizzle Fustini’s Gremolata olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 12 slices white bread - crusts removed and lightly toasted
- 6 - 12 slices brie cheese

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place asparagus on sheet pan and drizzle with Fustini&rsquo,s Gremolata olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and bake in oven 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Place asparagus and brie on toasted bread, cut in half to form triangles and serve.
