Broccolini and Haricot Verts with Radish Tzatziki

Ingredients
- broccolini or broccoli, trimmed
- haricot verts or green beans ends trimmed
- water
- Fustini's Delicate SELECT olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 3-4 red radishes, washed, trimmed and fine diced
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon Fustini's Sicilian Lemon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 3 tablespoons Fustini's Delicate SELECT olive oil
- pinch of salt
- fresh ground black pepper

Directions
- Bring enough water to boil so that the Broccolini and beans will fit in the pot. Blanch vegetables by stirring in hot water then placing into ice water. Drain very well then drizzle with EVOO and season. To serve, place vegetables on a service plate and spoon a dollop of Tzatziki on top then drizzle with EVOO and fresh ground black pepper.
- Mix all together and refrigerate until ready to use.
