Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Chipotle olive oil
- 3 tablespoons onion, minced
- 2 teaspoons garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Iron Fish Honey vinegar
- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
- 1/4 cup Farmstyle Sriracha
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
- crumbled blue cheese, garnish (optional)
- 2 teaspoons green onions, sliced for garnish
- 1-2 tablespoons Fustini's Cayenne Crush olive oil, for garnish
- tortilla chips for serving

- Preheat oven to 375°,F. In a large cast-iron skillet heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté, onions and garlic until fragrant, then add vinegar to deglaze the pan. Add the chicken, and sriracha and simmer for about 2 minutes more. Reduce heat to low and stir in cream cheese and 1/2 of Pepper Jack until they have melted. Take off the heat, stir through sour cream, and top with remaining cheese over the top. Drizzle with Fustini's Cayenne Crush olive oil for additional heat. Bake for 10 minutes until bubbling around the edges and the cheese has melted.
