- 14 oz sweetened coconut flake
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon Fustini's Cara Cara Vanilla Balsamic
- 2 egg whites
- Pinch of salt

- Combine coconut, milk, salt, and balsamic in a bowl.
- In another bowl whip egg whites on high until stiff peaks form. Fold egg into coconut.
- Scoop tablespoons of batter onto a parchment lined sheet tray and bake in a 325°, oven for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
