Cranberry Walnut and Date Farro

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked farro
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2tablespoons Fustini’s Cranberry Pear balsamic
- 8 pitted dates, chopped
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoons thyme

Directions
- Heat oil in a pan on the stove. Place rest of ingredients in pan and stir often for 5 minutes. Serve immediately. Great with the grilled salmon and steamed broccoli.
