Ingredients
- 8” Round Flatbread, or Pita
- ¾ Cup Buttermilk
- 3 Tomatoes, Medium Dice
- 3 Small Cucumbers, Diced
- 2 Green Onions, 1” Batons
- 2 Radishes, Shaved
- ½ Cup Chopped Mint
- ½ Cup Chopped Parsley
- 2 Tbsp Fustini's Sicilian Lemon Balsamic
- ¼ Cup Fustini's Garlic Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions
- Tear flatbread into bite sized pieces, place in the bottom of a large bowl, and pour buttermilk on top. Add remaining ingredients and toss well. Season with salt and pepper.
