Jazzie's Incredible Kale Pesto

Ingredients
- 2 cups torn kale (no stems)
- 1/4 cup Fustini's Medium SELECT olive oil
- 1/4 cup Fustini's Meyer Lemon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 large clove garlic
- juice of one lemon
- 1/4 cup Marcona almonds
- 1/4 cup raw almonds

Directions
- Pulse Kale, both oils, salt, garlic and lemon juice in food processor until smooth. Add both almonds and pulse until almonds are ground to desired consistency. NOTE: You can add parmesan cheese if desired.
