Radicchio and Green Bean Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pound green beans
- 2 shallots, diced
- 2 teaspoons Fustini's Black Truffle balsamic
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Garlic olive oil
- 2 large heads radicchio, quartered
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Butter olive oil
- Salt for cooking and seasoning

- Set a steamer basket in a large, wide pot with about 2 inches of water, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the green beans and cover. Steam until tender, about 15 minutes.
- While beans are cooking, saute shallots until browned and crispy in Garlic olive oil and rest on a paper towel.
- Take radicchio and drizzle with Butter olive oil and salt. Saute each side in a large pan and rest. Using tongs to transfer the cooked beans to a shallow bowl and toss with vinegar, oil and salt. Plate first radicchio, then green beans, shallots and finish with salt.
