Fustini's Oils and Vinegars

(you can have as many people cooking with you as you wish! To sign up, you only need to register 1 person per household.)

Learn the proper way to hold a knife as you work your way through a series of ingredients.  The best thing, your finished products end up with Fustini's on them!

What you will make in class:

  • Roasted Red Pepper Soup
  • Avocado Cilantro Dip
  • Crudité Platter

Class time is listed in Eastern Time.  Ten days before class, we will send you the "Prep-pack" which contains:

  • Class recipes
  • Ingredient list
  • Fustini's product list (Basil olive oil; Garlic olive oil; Sicilian Lemon balsamic)
  • Equipment needed
  • Pre-class suggestions

Your packet will also contain your Zoom link and password as well as a discount code you can only use in a store or via phone to purchase any Fustini's products prior to class.  (this code does NOT work online). This code is good until 24 hours after your scheduled class.

ONLINE signup has ended because Pre-class packets are emailed one week prior to class, if you wish to sign up for this class and live locally, please call one of the stores.

Cancellation Policy: Please understand that a lot of time and resources go into the advance preparation for a successful class. In the event that you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another household of your choice.  Please email denise@fustinis.com with the name of the new household attending so that we can welcome them into the class.
