Enjoy these classic dishes from along the southern Mediterranean coast.

What you will make in class:

• Moroccan Lamb Meatballs with Pita and Yogurt sauce
• Chicken Tagine with Chickpeas and Apricots
• Moroccan Beet Salad

Class time is listed in Eastern Time.  Ten days before the class, look for an email from denise@fustinis.com that will have the "Prep-pack" which contains:

• Class recipes
• Ingredient list
• Fustini's product list (Tunisian Harissa olive oil, Cara Cara balsamic, Great Lakes Bee Honey, Cinnamon or Plain)
• Equipment needed
• Pre-class suggestions

Your packet will also contain your Zoom link and password as well as a discount code you can only use in a store or via phone to purchase any Fustini's products prior to class.  (this code does NOT work online). This code is good until 24 hours after your scheduled class. If you have registered another household under your email, please be sure to forward the pre-class packet to them.

ONLINE signup has ended because Pre-class packets are emailed ten days prior to class, if you wish to sign up for this class and live locally, have the needed Fustini's products or can make easy substitutions, please call one of the stores to register.

Cancellation Policy: Please understand that a lot of time and resources go into the advance preparation for a successful class. In the event that you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another household of your choice.  Please email denise@fustinis.com with the name of the new household attending so that we can welcome them into the class.
