PESTO PORK Virtual Cooking Class

With no sign-ups, this class is canceled.  It is being offered again October 22nd.

Make the transition to fall flavors with a delicious stuffed pork loin you will want to make all year!


  • Walnut Pesto Stuffed Pork
  • Green Salad with Tomatoes
  • Lemon Mascarpone Blondies

Ten days before the class, look for an email from denise@fustinis.com that will have the "Prep-pack" which contains:

  • Class recipes
  • Ingredient list
  • Fustini's product list (Walnut oil, Riserva balsamic, Sicilian Lemon balsamic)
  • Equipment needed
  • Pre-class suggestions

Your packet will also contain your Zoom link and password as well as a discount code you can only use in a store or via phone to purchase any Fustini's products prior to class. (this code does NOT work online).  This code is good until 24 hours after your scheduled class. If you have registered another household under your email, please be sure to forward the pre-class packet to them.

    Fustini's has reached out to Good Harbor Vineyard to suggest a wine pairing that would go well with this class menu.  They suggest Good Harbor 2019 Dry Riesling.

Cancellation Policy: Please understand that a lot of time and resources go into the advance preparation for a successful class. In the event that you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another household of your choice. Please email denise@fustinis.com with the name of the new household attending so that we can welcome them into the class.

Below are some tips that will help you as you get ready for some hands-on learning from your kitchen:

  • Please have all the necessary equipment and ingredients prepped and ready to be used.
  • Please have any produce washed and any canned items opened.
  • If you have any dietary aversions, please make substitutions as necessary.
  • If you are preparing your recipes for more than 2 people, please note that you may be rushing during the class as the chef will be preparing the dishes for two. You may choose to do additional prep work ahead of time if you do not have someone else cooking alongside you.
  • We encourage you to print the recipes to follow along with you as you may be using your device for the video call.
  • It may be helpful for you to use wireless headphones to hear the chef’s instructions.
  • We look forward to cooking in your kitchen!
