This is why we’re so excited to share with you that our SELECT first harvest olive oils from the Southern Hemisphere are now available both in-store and online! But what’s the big deal about these special oils? Only about 3% of the world's olive oil comes from the Southern Hemisphere, making it quite rare. These are the first oils produced in the region, from green fruit with remarkably bright flavor profiles. As freshness is essential to the nutritional value and flavor of the oil, it’s a delight to be able to offer these oils within just three months of the olives being harvested. Virtual Olive Oil Tasting--Southern Hemisphere Check your calendars for a Tuesday that would work with your team to taste and experience the new Southern Hemisphere olive oils (see our events calendar HERE). The last varietal for the kit is arriving shortly and we are excited to share the flavor and freshness of these vibrant green olive oils. At a Virtual Olive Oil Tasting event, your team will learn how to taste olive oil like a pro. Each team member will receive a set of olive oils to use for the tastings. Choose a date that works for your schedule to join a Fustini's team member, via Zoom, to taste and discover the amazing flavor and characteristics these oils have to offer.
