From light chicken broths to hearty clam chowders, soups are an easy go-to for lunch or dinner. Often with soups, we can easily add flavor by sprinkling in some dried or fresh herbs. But did you know you can also add extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar to your soup to amp up the flavor? To help us all warm up a bit this winter, this week we’re exploring some of our favorite soup recipes. From bisques to stews to chowders and broths, we’ve got recipes for all.
