Italian Agrodolce Sauce - Rosemary Garlic

Herb forward flavor followed by savory garlic, this agrodolce, the perfect combination of sweet and sour. Its name comes from “agro” (sour) and “dolce” (sweet), is made by reducing specialty vinegar and pure cane syrup or agave. The combination is further elevated by adding unique and flavorful herbs and spices making it idea for marinades, vinaigrettes, desserts, dips and spreads.
