Our Basil Crush olive oil is produced by crushing the olives and basil simultaneously in the same press. This process allows for the essential oils from the basil to harmonize with the oil from Coratina olives.
The aroma of this olive oil is true to herb; freshly picked basil is heavily prominent. With the strong flavor, this basil herb oil may need to be used in lesser amounts.
Due to the current olive oil scarcity after last year's harvest, the Basil Crush olive oil is currently OUT OF STOCK.

VINEGAR PAIRINGS:
Citrus Oregano balsamic, Cranberry Pear balsamic, Raspberry balsamic, Sicilian Lemon balsamic, West Michigan Blueberry balsamic, 18 Year Traditional balsamic
IDEAS:
Combine with 18 Year Traditional balsamic to marinate poultry or seafood.
Combine with any Fustini’s balsamic for great olive oil and vinegar dressing.
Use olive oil in baking in place of butter or other oils for brownies, cakes or muffins.
So full of flavor that smells and tastes like fresh summer basil. So excited that I can have that flavor during winter months!

Basil Crush
There is nothing like having fresh basil flavor in the dead of winter. I can’t get enough of the Basil Crush!
Pair it with the Citrus Oregano Balsamic!
