This has been one of my personal favorites for the past few years. It's very versatile. The oil is not too heavily flavored. I find that it compliments almost any dish, be it salad, pasta, chicken or fish. I also like to add it (along with sumac) to hummus.

This is, by far, one of the best most versatile oils I have ever used. It goes well in hot dishes and I have created my own salad dressing using this and the Tuscan Herb as my oil basis.

My husband and I tried several of Fustini's olive oils. Although we liked all of them, we loved the Gremolata. We'd visited the Fustini's in Traverse City last year and fell in love with the area, as well as this olive oil. This olive oil contains hints of parsley, lemon, and garlic, yet none of those flavors overshadow any of the others. We love it so much, that we recently ordered more to be shipped to our home.
