Leek Olive Oil

Harvested and produced using traditional granite millstones in Italy, this all-natural fresh leek agrumato extra virgin olive oil is produced by crushing olives and leeks simultaneously. This process allows for the essential oils from the leek to harmonize with the oil from the olives. The vibrant flavor of freshly chopped leeks is ideal in marinades, fish, vegetables, pasta and a unique vinaigrette.


12 White balsamic, Black Truffle balsamic, Herbs of Naples balsamic, Mango balsamic, Sicilian Lemon balsamic, 12 Year or 18 Year Dark balsamic

  • Combine with Black Truffle or Herbs of Naples balsamic vinegar for a meat marinade.
  • Great with roasted vegetables or fish.
  • Makes a flavorful dressing for white beans.
  • Perfect with fried or scrambled eggs.
  • Great base olive oil for sauces.
