Onion Balsamic Jam

This jam starts with the slow caramelization of onions to bring out their natural sweetness. We add just the right amount of spices and balsamic vinegar to balance the flavor. Try it with brie or your other favorite cheese.

INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Onions, Garlic, Apple Cider Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Pectin, Balsamic Vinegar, Spices, Thyme, Sea Salt, Mustard Powder

  • Combine with a spicy Fustini's olive oil and brush over meatloaf for a sweet & spicy finish.
  • Combine with Fustiini's Garlic olive oil and Fustini's Espresso Bean balsamic vinegar and use on roasting meats such as pork and beef.
  • Add to sautéed onions and peppers to use in fajitas.
  • Try with Brie or your favorite cheeses.
  • Toss with roasted Brussels Sprouts.
  • Use in chili and baked beans.
