Raspberry Balsamic (Dark)

Our Italian raspberry dark balsamic vinegar is rich and velvety, but also delicate and fruity. This lends itself well to traditional vinaigrettes, fine cheeses and marinades. Whisk with our roasted walnut oil for a vinaigrette that’s sure to be the finishing touch on a number of salads.


Basil olive oil, Blood Orange olive oil, Meyer Lemon olive oil, Sesame Seed oil, Persian Lime olive oil, Herbs de Provence olive oil, Walnut oil or any SELECT olive oil

  • Combine with Basil olive oil and drizzle over greens.
  • Reduce and combine with Blood Orange olive oil and mustard to glaze pork.
  • Reduce and use as a syrup on pancakes, waffles or French toast.
  • Drizzle over Greek yogurt with slivered almonds.
  • Combine with Herbs de Provence olive oil and drizzle on fruit skewers before grilling.
  • Make a reduced syrup and drizzle over meats.
