Make several portions of ravioli at a time with this ravioli maker with a dough press. Ravioli are a classic Italian dish and this manual ravioli press makes creating delicious and uniform ravioli for your family a breeze!
To use, start by rolling out your ravioli dough. Place the dough on top of the ravioli mold. Apply firm but gentle pressure, pushing the mold through the ravioli press while shaping the dough and creating indentations. Remove the mold and fill the pockets with whatever filling you desire! Be sure to lightly brush your dough edges with water- this helps seal them so they do not break during boiling.
Once you fill each space, place another section of rolled-out dough atop the press. Take a rolling pin and roll over the press, sealing the dough pieces together and separating the excess dough from your ravioli! When the ridges around each of the molds are showing, or you see metal starting to show through the dough, you may stop rolling. Carefully remove your ravioli from the press and cook as desired! This press yields 12 ravioli. The finished ravioli will be 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" and will feature textured edges for a classic ravioli look. This press helps you create uniform and delicious ravioli in minutes!
