Traverse City Cherry Balsamic Vinegar

This is a wonderful balsamic vinegar. It makes a great gift whether all by itself, paired with a bottle of extra virgin olive oil or in a nice gift basket. The flavor of Traverse City cherries is fantastic in this balsamic vinegar. My family in California was shocked when they first tasted it at my home in MI. I enjoy gifting them with a couple bottles now and then! They enjoy sharing the wonderful flavor with their family and friends too! Believe me, it makes a really big hit!!!

Traverse City Cherry is a must have!

I purchased the Traverse City Cherry Balsamic Vinegar at a shop in Presque Isle and what a treat! It is a fantastic compliment to traditional Michigan Cherry salads and is also really yummy on fresh tomatoes, red onion and cucumbers. Added a dash to steamed asparagus - also a win! If you don't care for sour/bitter vinegars then this one is for you! It's sweet and mild. I bet it would be good on a blood orange salad - haven't tried that yet, but imagine that it would work well. Happy to have discovered Fustini's and will be definitely ordering more!

Excellent and versatile.

I just used this in a meat loaf -- and it was exquisite. We've also used it in salads and Asian stir fry sauces. Highly recommend!
