Heavenly taste!

This is heavenly for roasted potatoes! I used it as a baseline in any Italian recipe for sautéing.

Tuscan Herb Olive Oil and 18 Year Traditional Balsamic

We received these as a gift for Christmas and have now had to reorder several times. We are also slowly trying the other oils and vinegars you sell. They never disappoint. But these remain our favorites. Toss your pasta or eggs with the Tuscan Herb. Put the Balsamic on your steak as a marinade before grilling. And combine for a great salad dressing.

I feel like I've been underestimating this evoo. Up to this point, I've only ever used it for dipping bread and toast. I don't know why I never thought of using it to roast potatoes; I've only ever used the garlic evoo for that. Time to try something new.

Tuscan Herb Oil

I use this oil to baste bone-in chicken breasts and then light garlic salt. When the chicken is taken off the grill after 50 minutes at 350 (and no peeking), the skin is perfectly thin and crisp, not thick and fatty. I don't eat chicken skin unless its basted with the Tuscan Herb Oil. It also permeates the meat. It is our favorite.

My favorite oil!

I'm obsessed with this olive oil! I use it for cooking pastas and it adds extra flavor to all my dishes. If you are looking for an olive oil that isn't overpowering in flavor, this is it!
