Vinoso Red Wine Vinegar

Vinoso is very well suited for salads as it imparts an intense depth of flavor from cooked grape must balsamic into your favorite vinaigrette recipes. This beautiful wine vinegar is garnet red in color, slightly tannic on the finish and has a lower acidity than most aged wine vinegar on the market at 4.5%.


Basil olive oil, Garlic olive oil, Gremolata olive oil, Herbs de Provence olive oil, Leek olive oil, Meyer Lemon olive oil, Rosemary olive oil, Sage and Wild Mushroom olive oil, Tuscan Herb olive oil or any SELECT olive oil

  • Combine it with olive oil, minced garlic, mustard and salt for the perfect salad dressing.
  • Add to lightly sautéed greens.
  • Combine with Tuscan Herb olive oil for an herb-forward salad dressing.
  • Brush over roasted vegetables straight out of the oven.
  • Use to deglaze a pan.
  • Add acidity and great flavor to soups.
  • Dress root vegetables to make them pop.
  • Use instead of red wine in a pan sauce.
