To make this a delicious carbonara sauce, add bacon or pork, onion and peas.
Heat butter and olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat. When the butter is melted, add cooked pasta and sauté to coat. Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. When the cream is hot, add Parmesan cheese and stir to coat the pasta. Sere when the sauce thickens.
