Antipasto Cups


  • 24 salami slices (4" diameter)
  • 1 cup ciliegine mozzarella, quartered
  • 2/3 cup grape tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 cup black olives, pitted, chopped
  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/4 cup basil, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons Fustini's Vinoso wine vinegar
  • Kosher salt & fresh ground black pepper


Even after allowing the cups to cool, they are still pliable to add the filling. adapted from delish.com


Step 1. 

Preheat oven to 375°. Place 1 salami slice into each well of a muffin tin. Bake 8-10 minutes until salami is crisp. Let cool in the muffin tin, 10-15 minutes.

Step 2. 

In a large bowl, combine ciliegine mozzarella, tomatoes, olives, artichoke hearts, basil, and vinegar. Toss gently and season with salt and pepper. Spoon into cooled salami cups and serve.

    A tasty appetizer for happy hour at home or at the beach. Great combination of tastes with the salami, tomatoes, mozzarella balls, black olives, artichoke hearts and basil. Fustini vinegar completed the great experience.
