Apple Cranberry Cobbler

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fustini’s Blood Orange olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • pinch salt


Step 1. 

Place all ingredients into a large skillet and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Place apple mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle topping over.  Bake in the oven until golden brown and bubbly - 30 to 40 minutes.

Step 2.  Topping

Mix all ingredients together just until they become crumbly.  Do not over mix.
