Asparagus Tea Sandwiches

  • 12 stalks asparagus - peeled, snapped, and cut in half lengthwise and width-wise
  • drizzle Fustini’s Gremolata olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 12 slices white bread - crusts removed and lightly toasted
  • 6 - 12 slices brie cheese


Step 1. 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Place asparagus on sheet pan and drizzle with Fustini’s Gremolata olive oil.  Season with salt and pepper and bake in oven 3 to 4 minutes.  Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.  Place asparagus and brie on toasted bread, cut in half to form triangles and serve.
