Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season shrimp with salt. Place Fustini’s Robust EVOO, butter and garlic in large baking dish and place into the oven. Bake garlic until fragrant - 3-5 minutes. Remove from oven and add shrimp, red pepper flake, parsley, tomato and lemon and stir. Place back into the oven and bake until shrimp are just cooked through - 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from oven, splash some Fustini’s Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar over the top and serve with plenty of bread for dipping.
