Makes 1 quart. Perfect for lasagna, make a large batch and freeze for when needed.
Brown beef in Fustini's Basil olive oil over medium heat until all moisture is gone, 15-20 minutes. Add carrots, celery and onion and cook for another 3-5 minutes. Add tomatoes, Fustini's balsamics and dried herbs. Simmer over low heat for 1-3 hours until sauce thickens.
