Beef Satay Skewers with Peanut Sauce



Ingredients

Peanut Sauce

Substitution suggestion: Fustini's Spicy Korean Balsamic, Fustini's Iron Fish Honey Vinegar


Directions

Step 1. 

In a large bowl, combine meat, olive oil, agrodolce, soy sauce, cilantro, salt and pepper.  Marinate for 4 hours in the refrigerator.  If using wooden skewers, soak in water 20 minutes.  Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove meat from bowl and thread on skewers, discard marinade.  Cook on prepared grill 4 minutes, turning once and 3-4 minutes on the other side, or until the desired doneness.  Remove from heat and serve with Peanut Sauce.


Step 2.  Peanut Sauce

Mix all ingredients together and adjust the seasoning.
