Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente, drain.
In a medium saucepan, heat the Garlic olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook until softened. Add wine and cook for 1 minute. Add tomatoes and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer sauce on low 15 minutes until liquid is absorbed, stirring frequently.
In a large bowl, combine pasta with tomato sauce. Add bacon, basil and spinach and toss. Drizzle with Basil olive oil and garnish with grated cheese.
