In a saucepan, bring 1 1/2 cups of water to a boil. with the 'butt' end of a knife, bruise the lemongrass stalks. Cut into 2" slices add to water and simmer 7-8 minutes. Allow to cool. Strain out lemongrass pieces, pouring the flavored water into a blender. Add to the water in the blender the Blueberry Lemongrass Preserves, lemon juice, and agrodolce until well blended and frothy. Using a fine-mesh sieve, strain the mixture into a glass or pitcher. Serve over ice.
