This is an easy make ahead and quick to reheat if necessary. Lots of flavor and would pair well with Corned Beef, or Pork .

In sauté pan with a mix of butter and oil, add onions and soften. Add cabbage, apples and the Cinamon Pear and the Red Apple balsamic vinegars, just enough to coat the vegetables. Season with salt, pepper and sugar and cook to marry flavors.
