In a large bowl, place broccoli slaw and green onion. In a medium skillet, heat olive oil and sauté ramen noodles, sesame seeds and almonds until lightly toasted. Remove from heat and cool before adding to the broccoli slaw mixture. Toss with dressing just before serving.
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients with a whisk. Set aside or refrigerate until ready to use.
