Broccoli Slaw with Ginger Honey Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 12-ounce package of broccoli slaw, about 4 cups
  • 5 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fustini's Meyer Lemon olive oil
  • 1 package of plain ramen noodles, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 4 ounces of slivered almonds
  • Ginger Honey Dressing

Directions

Step 1. 

In a large bowl, place broccoli slaw and green onion.  In a medium skillet, heat olive oil and sauté ramen noodles, sesame seeds and almonds until lightly toasted.  Remove from heat and cool before adding to the broccoli slaw mixture.  Toss with dressing just before serving.


Step 2.  Ginger Honey Dressing

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients with a whisk.  Set aside or refrigerate until ready to use.
