Add To Favorites
Bring enough water to boil so that the Broccolini and beans will fit in the pot. Blanch vegetables by stirring in hot water then placing into ice water. Drain very well then drizzle with EVOO and season.
To serve, place vegetables on a service plate and spoon a dollop of Tzatziki on top then drizzle with EVOO and fresh ground black pepper.
Mix all together and refrigerate until ready to use.
