Brunch Waffles with Orange Pecan Butter and Honey Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients

Honey Yogurt Sauce
Orange Pecan Butter

Directions

Step 1. 

Prepare a Belgian Waffle Maker.  Whisk together egg yolks, flour, milk, baking powder salt, and olive oil.  Whisk egg whites to stiff peaks and fold into batter.  Cook waffles according to the manufacturer's direction until crispy.


Step 2.  Honey Yogurt Sauce

Whisk together yogurt and honey.  Combine apricot preserves and Fustini's Vinoso Vinegar.  Swirl preserves into yogurt and serve with fresh fruit.


Step 3.  Orange Pecan Butter

Mix all together then roll into a tube, cover with film wrap and refrigerate until firm.  Cut into silver dollar size portions to use.
