Buffalo Cauliflower Kebabs

Buffalo Cauliflower Kebabs



  • 6 tablespoons Fustini's Cayenne Crush olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Farmstyle Sriracha
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into large florets
  • 4 stalks of celery, cut into 1 1/2" pieces
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper, cut into 1 1/2" pieces
  • 1 large orange bell pepper, cut into 1 1/2" pieces
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • blue cheese dressing for serving

Step 1. 

In a large bowl, whisk olive oil and sriracha until combined.  Add cauliflower, celery, and peppers, and season with salt and pepper.  Toss to coat.

Step 2. 

Thread the cauliflower, celery and peppers on the skewers.  Reserve any remaining sauce in the bowl. 

Step 3. 

Preheat the grill to medium-hight.  Grill kebabs for 3 minutes, turning halfway.  Continue cooking, brushing kebabs with reserved sauce for 3-4 minutes more until the cauliflower is tender and slightly charred.

Step 4. 

Transfer kebabs to a platter and drizzle with dressing before serving.
