Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large cast-iron skillet heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant, then add balsamic to deglaze the pan. Add the chicken, sriracha and simmer for about 2 minutes more. Reduce heat to low and stir in cream cheese and 1/2 of Pepper Jack until they have melted. Take off heat, stir through sour cream and top with remaining cheese over the top. Drizzle with Fustini's Cayenne Crush olive oil for additional heat. Bake for 10 minutes until bubbling around the edges and the cheese has melted.
