Buffalo Ranch Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 tablespoons Fustini’s Chipotle olive oil
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 packet ranch dressing packet mix OR ¼ cup bleu cheese, crumbled
  • Tortilla chips/pita crackers and/or celery for serving

Directions

Step 1. 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.   Mix the first 5 ingredients together, reserving ½ cup of cheddar cheese. If you’re team ranch, add the dry ranch dressing mix and mix well, sprinkle the top with the reserved cheddar cheese and bake for 20- 25 minutes.

 If you’re team bleu cheese, sprinkle the top with cheddar cheese, then the bleu cheese crumbles and bake for 20-25 minutes.  Serve with tortilla chips, pita crackers, and/or celery.  You can even put it on slider buns for an appetizer.
