Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the onions and carrots and sauté until carrots are tender. Add in turmeric, coriander, and Ginger and Honey Balsamic, and cook until aromatic. Add in water, bring to a boil and purée.
Stir in Greek yogurt, season to taste, then pour soup into bowls. Garnish with the cilantro, and drizzle extra Cilantro and Onion Oil on top.
