Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat Fustini’s Single Varietal olive oil in a large skillet over moderate heat. Just as oil starts to smoke, add butter and cook until fully melted and brown and add the onion. Cook onion, stirring constantly, until soft - 5 minutes. Add Fustini’s Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar, lemon zest, salt and pepper and bread crumbs and cook until bread crumbs are browned, stirring constantly.
Place cauliflower in baking pan and drizzle with some Fustini’s Single Varietal olive oil and then the browned crumbs and place in the preheated oven until hot - 10 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with a hard-cooked egg on top for garnish.
