Char's Shrimp Skewers

Step 1. 

In a bowl or sealable bag, combine shrimp, balsamic and olive oil.  Marinate 20 minutes.  Preheat grill to medium-high. If using wooden skewers, soak in water 20 minutes.  To create skewers, thread shrimp, pineapple, red pepper and onion in desired quantities.  Grill for 2-4 minutes, turning once until shrimp is done.  Remove from heat and brush with agrodolce.  Serve with lime wedges.
