For more heat, add a tablespoon of Farmstyle Sriracha.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat a large sauté pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from pan.
Using the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil with the broccoli, shallot, mushrooms and peppers. Cook on high for 3 minutes until mushrooms are brown and broccoli is tender. Reduce heat to medium.
In a small bowl, combine broth, soy sauce, corn starch, Sesame oil, balsamic, ginger and garlic. Stir until the cornstarch is dissolved. Pour mixture over vegetables. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce has thickened. Return the chicken to the pan and stir to combine. Cook until heated through. Add more balsamic or soy sauce to taste and serve over cooked rice. Garnish with sesame seeds and noodles.
