Chicken Satay Skewers with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

Marinade
Sauce

Substitution suggestion: Fustini's Spicy Korean Balsamic, Fustini's Iron Fish Honey Vinegar


Directions

Step 1.  Marinade

Combine all but the chicken and mix well. Place the chicken into the marinade and gently rub to coat. Let marinate overnight. Skewer each chicken strip individually, creating a wavy pattern of chicken on the skewer. Grill the chicken until slightly charred and fully cooked. Serve immediately with sauce. 


Step 2.  Sauce

Mix all ingredients together and adjust the seasoning.
