Step 1. 

Place vinegar, juice, garlic, mustard, honey salt and pepper in bowl and whisk to combine. While whisking, slowly add the three oils to emulsify.

  1. Citrus vinaigrette

    I love, love, love citrus so this was a no brainer. I used it on a butter lettuce salad with avocado and fresh grapefruit. I served it with salmon and the dressing spilled onto that a bit- which was delicious too. I have made it a few times and don't always have all 3 oils on hand, I have had no problem doing with what ones I do have. I just had to adjust the honey a bit when all I had was lime oil.
