In a bowl, combine raisins, agrodolce and water. Let sit 10 minutes until raisins soften. In a medium sauté pan add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, sauté onion for 2-4 minutes until translucent. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add Vinoso vinegar and raisin mixture to the pan. Simmer over medium heat until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Pour cooled sauce into a bowl, stir in pine nuts, grapes, remaining olive oil and salt. Garnish with rosemary and serve with meats or crusty bread.
