In a mixing bowl fold together coconut fat, powdered, and Cara Cara Vanilla balsamic. If the cream mixture needs more sweetness add more honey. Reserve for later use.
In a small mixing bowl combine desired berries, amaretto, cranberry vinegar, and honey. Allow mixture to sit for at least 30 minutes.
In a clear glass begin to layer dessert with coconut then berry mixture and add a dusting of toasted coconut on top. Serve chilled.
